NetSmart was juggling too many security tools and dealing with constant noise. They needed a way to simplify their operations without adding more staff. At the same time, they were working with a skeptical client who didn’t see the value of security training.

By standardizing on the Huntress Security Platform, NetSmart got a single, unified view of their environment without jumping between different tools. That visibility paid off fast. When a co-managed client’s externally hosted servers were hit by ransomware at 2:30am, the Huntress Security Operations Center (SOC)—a 24/7 team of elite threat analysts backed by AI—was already on it. The SOC detected the threat immediately and isolated the affected systems. Of the 375 endpoints protected by Huntress, none were infected.

Huntress also helped NetSmart prove the value of security awareness training (SAT). A phishing test run through Huntress Managed SAT resulted in a 20% click rate for the skeptical client, making it clear their previous training wasn’t working. The client quickly bought in.
